What is MyHomzy?
MyHomzy is an interior design consultation platform providing answers to everything home. Where second opinions are as important as first, we are here to guide, advise and give you the confidence you need when making home decisions.
Who is MyHomzy for?
The MyHomzy platform is for the person that gets it, knows what they want, and has a vision yet needs that fresh viewpoint to bring their project to completion.
Does MyHomzy work with businesses in the trade?
Yes! We work closely with builders, contractors, drafters, and home goods companies as an outsourced design firm- there are interior design firms that benefit from MyHomzy as well as a second opinion resource!
How do the subscriptions work?
Depending on if you sign up for monthly or yearly, after your free 7 day trial, the credit card on file will be charged until you cancel your subscription. If you are working on a small project that takes a few weeks- months a monthly subscription would be best. Longer projects and companies in the trade would benefit from the yearly subscription.
How do I ask home design questions to the MyHomzy team?
Once you sign up and choose a subscription option, you can enter any questions you have in the chat box once you login. It’s super simple and fast!
How many questions can I ask?
You can ask as many questions as you’d like. We are here to provide the confidence you need when making your home dreams a reality!
When can I expect answers to my questions?
Questions can be posted at any time of day. Answers are not always immediate, our consultation services are active on weekdays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Can I post links, images, or files for a designer to view?
When referencing a certain item or inspo picture, a screenshot will need to be uploaded, other files or links will not be opened by the designers.
Do the designers send me links or a rendering of what my project will look like?
MyHomzy is a home design consulting firm. There are no renderings or pictures provided. We are here to guide, answer questions, validate concerns, and provide additional insight to help you navigate your home design journey!
