The Client understands and acknowledges that design is a subjective field, and what may be considered aesthetically pleasing or functional by one person may not be by another. *No Liability for Design Outcomes* In no event shall MyHomzy or the Designers be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the Services or the designs provided. The Client assumes all risks associated with the implementation and/or installation of the designs and recommendations provided. It is important to note- answers from the Designers are not always immediate. *Licensure and Qualifications* The Designers are not necessarily licensed designers in all states or jurisdictions. The Client is responsible for verifying the qualifications and licensure of the Designers in their state or jurisdiction, if required. Nothing contained in any design recommendation shall be construed as a claim or warrant that such design meets any engineering, accessibility, or other regulatory requirement. *Client Responsibility* The Client is responsible for: 1. Providing accurate and complete information about their design project. 2. Reviewing and approving all designs and recommendations provided. 3. Implementing the designs and recommendations at their own risk. A valid credit card on file to maintain subscription. It is important to note- please do not share your account login information with anyone that did not subscribe.  By signing up and engaging in MyHomzy's Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
