Services

• Interior design services: We provide interior design including consultations and design concepts.
• By agreeing to our Terms and Services you agree not to hold MyHomzy liable for any design mishaps that may occur from MyHomzy consultations. It is important for the client to note that though MyHomzy is a expert design consultation service, all plans and designs provided by MyHomzy are only recommendations and/or suggestions. The customer is solely responsible to perform its own due diligence to ensure the suitability and functionality of all designs and materials. The customer will hold MyHomzy harmless from any and all claims related to the any defects in the design, materials, or installation of any component of a design suggested by MyHomzy. Client acknowledges and accepts that MyHomzy employees are not licensed interior designers in all jurisdictions and it is client's responsibility to ensure to utilize any design proposals provided by MyHomzy consistent with all local laws, regulations, and building codes.

  Payment Terms

  • Fees: Our fees are subscription based on the payment schedule you select. MyHomzy reserves the right to change its rates at any time upon 21 days’ notice to the customer.
  • Cancelations:All charges shall be recurring and renewed automatically on a monthly or annual basis as applicable unless otherwise selected by the client. All cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure payment will not be deducted for the next cycle. If a cancellation is requested after the allotted time a processing fee may be charged.

  Intellectual Property

  • Design concepts: All design concepts, plans, and other intellectual property created by MyHomzy are owned by MyHomzy. Designs generated by MyHomzy are for the use of the client only and shall not be sold or used for any commercial use. Clients are not authorized to share access to their account with any other party.
  • Usage rights: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the design concepts and plans for the purpose of implementing your project.

  Termination

  • Either party: Subject to the foregoing conditions, either party can terminate the agreement upon notice to the other party prior to the end of the then current billing cycle. All cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure payment will not be deducted for the next cycle. If a cancellation is requested after the allotted time a processing fee may be charged.

  Liability

  • *Limitation of liability*: Notwithstanding any other provision set forth herein and without limiting any other limitations on liability, MyHomzy's liability for damages or losses arising from our services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
  • Warranty disclaimer: MyHomzy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services.

  Governing Law

  These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute hereunder shall be adjudicated in the courts of Ocean County, State of New Jersey.

  Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
